FIBER OPTIC CONSTRUCTION AREAS IN BUDA (Not Retail Information)

Beginning in Fiscal Year 2023, a number of communication providers have planned or begun installations of fiber optic systems in the Buda area for their respective companies. This page is to provide Buda area residents with general information about those communication providers, where their respective work is occurring around the City, and the communication providers' contact information for questions and concerns.

City staff has developed an interactive map to show colored layers that represent where the respective providers are or may be conducting installations around the City. To see which provider is installing fiber optic near your home or business, click on the map and key in your address of interest. The map will also show the type of installation that is occurring by noting "commercial," "residential," or both. Some of the installation timeframes for particular providers have not been determined or may be subject to change. The contact information provided is for residents and businesses to ask questions related to the construction - It is NOT FOR RETAIL INFORMATION.
