Held on the first Tuesday of October (Texas only), National Night Out is an excellent opportunity to meet your neighbors and local first responders as well as strengthen community ties. Neighborhoods throughout the community host a variety of events such as block parties, cookouts, parades, and more. This annual event aims to promote community involvement in crime prevention, strengthen police-community relationships, create neighborhood partnerships, and heighten and enhance awareness.
Or if you have any questions, please contact Community Affairs Officer Freddy Erdman at (512) 523-1050 or email@example.com. (Note: Registering is not a requirement, but it helps us identify the neighborhoods hosting parties so we can schedule our officers to attend as many parties as possible.)
